DEDHAM, MA, June 12, 2007 - TAC Worldwide, a leading provider of technical staffing and workforce management solutions today announced the acquisition of TalentBridge International which will form the nucleus of  TAC's direct-hire division operating in the strategic "core-talent" space. The emphasis on Core-Talent is timely due to the combination of an aging workforce and continued double digit growth projected for critical technical professionals driving a rapid decline in available skilled human capital.
