Prior to joining TAC Worldwide, Dave was Executive Vice President, Marketing, Sales & Business Development for SmartLink Radio Networks where he spearheaded the company's movement into the advanced radio interoperability solutions market, targeted at public safety-first responders.

Previously, Dave was a senior executive at Aether Systems, a wireless software and services company where he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development leading corporate strategy, product management, and product marketing for wireless applications and platforms. He also served as President of the Government Division leading Aether's wireless application division into public safety and broader government markets. Prior to Aether Dave was Vice President of Marketing & Business Development at Cerulean Technology, Inc. a highly successful venture-backed wireless application company ultimately acquired by Aether. Dave also served as President and CEO of EnergyVision LLC a joint venture energy services company funded by Boston Edison and Williams Energy Services. In addition, Dave held various senior marketing, sales, and general management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation.  

Dave holds an M.B.A., with a concentration in Finance from Babson College, and a B.S. degree in marketing from Bentley College.
