As Vice President of Resource Development, Bob develops and implements value-added human resource programs and policies consistent with the goals and objectives of TAC Worldwide's strategic plan.
He bring to this role extensive experience in human resources, including training and development, labor relations, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation and staffing.
Previously, Bob was TAC Worldwide's Director of Human Resources.
Bob's career includes numerous positions of increasing responsibility within the human capital arena at Raytheon Company.
He is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the Northeast Human Resource Association, and the New England Employee Benefits Council.
After graduating from the US Military Academy at West Point, NY., with a B.S. in engineering, Bob received his commission and served in the field artillery branch of the army, attaining the rank of captain.
