Job Description:

The Senior Systems Analyst will serve as an internal consultant by providing expert project leadership and functional/technical guidance in support of the PeopleSoft HCM applications.  He/she will also provide project coordination and oversight for projects that may extend to the PeopleSoft Finance modules.  He/she also defines and performs complex analysis, design, and programming of PeopleSoft solutions.  He/she will also define procedures and business process improvements for currently installed applications.

BS Degree in Computer Science or related field and 8 to 10 years of demonstrated senior level PeopleSoft HCM functional and technical experience. Candidate must possess: 

• ERP Project Management experience
• Deep understanding of PeopleSoft payroll processing and relationship to configure and employee data elements.
• Expertise in employee benefit plans and programs, carrier interfacing.  Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft benefits processing and configuration.  Benefit Admin experience a plus.
• High level of proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Crystal Reports for PeopleSoft, and SQL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective analytical skills.
• Capability of working efficiently with minimal guidance.
• Flexibility to multi-task among several high priority projects that require responding to frequent demands of multiple internal customers
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and an ability to meet deadlines.
