Job Description:
"The Account Executive manages the account at the user level. He/she has responsibility for user care and developing opportunities to increase and expand TAC's scope of services within existing programs. The Account Executive sells the program to user managers unfamiliar with how the program works; and understands and communicates the manager's business needs to rest of the team. The Account Executive manages requisition activity and provides special services support, where required. He/she serves as team leader for special assignments/projects. The Account Executive shares responsibility to meet and exceed all Enterprise revenue and profitability goals. Bachelor degree or equivalent with minimum three years of related experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Sales, and/or customer on-site experience. Staffing Industry experience preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, writing, organization and presentation skills required. Demonstrated effectiveness at developing and sustaining high level, consultative relationships. Effective collaboration in a team environment is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft applications. Some travel."
